      Diffrent teqniques of self assurance.

      An idea just came to my mind,most every one has been lucid once or twice.If you find your self restrained by self dout, couldnet you do somthing youv done in a dream thats impossibe to do in real life?that way you prove to yourself that you A. are lucid and B. that you can! Its realy based on the physological aspect.

      Yeah thats the whole idea, but if you lose faith in yourself, it hard to
      1. Actually become lucid
      2. Do something thats impossible as your doubt restricts you.

      But i get where you're coming from.

      Well, thats what RCs are based off of. Its really toned down but its the same concept. You can't breathe through a plugged nose or put your finger through your palm!
