      I've always had trouble with summong dream characters as well.

      Last night I was successful though. I was inside a house and I imagined the character knock on the door. I actually knocked on the ground and while I was knocking, the dream character would knock on the door in unison, and eventually come inside.

      (However, this might only work because when I was a kid I would sometimes try to fool my friends that someone was knocking by knocking on the floor or wall.)

      another idea

      I noticed you like naruto, have you tried kuchiyose no jutsu? I wanted to summon someone once so I was like "KUCHIYOSE NO JUTSU" all bad ass-like n did the lil move and I managed to summon one of my friends, the only down part is they were unconcious XDDD I havnt really tried it again but I might sometime and it may work for you. good luck ^_^

      I have those problems too. ^__^ In on dream I used a magic wand to help summon people or items, for changing the scenery find a door and try and picture whats behind it.

      it seems like people (including me) need something to do something, like a magic wand to summon someone. how many of you can just want something there and then it appears? if i want to summon someone i have to walk into the next room which really isnt bad but why not be picky and just have them appear in front of you without help? this is one of my goals.

      Hey, I know this post was made a while ago, but I just wanted to add my experiences- well one time (and I posted this in a post a while ago) I asked a random DC to fetch me the person I wanted and they came out with a dog that had the same name as the person(!)

      The next time I did it I asked loads of DCs to find me a person and they all ran off (surprisingly) to look for the person. Then one of them came back and said the person had said "you find me"! Which surprised me, so then I set about finding them but must've woken up, so I haven't had much success with summoning people. Ahhh dream characters are funny things!

      I did imagine someone behind me one time though and looked around and they were there the second time I looked. (First time I got the wrong person). I keep trying to imagine them knocking on my door and saying to my mum "so and so are coming over!" (to get myself really believing it) I always hear the knock but wake-up before I answer it, so frustrating! Anyway, just wanted to vent my frustration a little bit

      For powers i usually try to force myself.
      For example to fly I start by jumping off a bridge or building in a superman pose.
