FIRST: Before I go to bed I listen to loud rock music, because I know that I'll have an urge to tap my foot to the beat or something. I listen to rock music untill I get gradually get tired.

SECOND: Then I put on softer music, slower music, calmer music. It's usually techno. And I listen to that untill I think that I'm going to fall asleep.

THIRD: I shut off my iPod, and then roll onto my stomach. (It's proven that you can fall asleep faster on your stomach.)

Then, I go into this black room with a whole bunch of neon lights flashing everywhere and before I know it, I'm lucid dreaming.
