      Two tips.

Last night's dream was very lucid and I practised abit around a few things. First of all i found something out about the art of flying. In the begining I tried to fly like a bird. This works, however; when you do this you will drop like a bird to so it comes whit complications. The same goes for jumping upp in the air and staying there, like the matrix you know, you will eventualy drop. So what I really found is that the best way is to do nothing at all, only visualize! What I mean is that you shouldn't try to do anything physicaly, only persieve yourself hoovering away with your mind, this will help you not fall down as you do it not by any physical laws thus not having to react on them. Second I found a way to stay lucid for a longer time. It's a bit like the focusing on an objekt thing but since I found this hardly working as you can focus on something and still think about wakening up and stuff, at least that's what I do, so I elaborated a bit. If you act upon the object physicaly instead, like for instance start shouting and become angry on/with it when you are about to wake up you seam to cleanse your mind of any wake-up-thaughts and you'll fall back into lucidness. //Gratmat - hope this was of some help to someone

These sound useful; I'll have to try and utilize them, since I have started lucid dreaming more frequently, and the awakenings and false awakenings are proving to be a pain...

      Thank you!

Good advice, Free Food! I know that staring at objects help me increase clarity in dreams. This morning, I made a WILD much more vivid by touching and examining a plastic bottle...

      Yeah, nice tips there FreeFood.
Agree, just visualize instead of using techniques so break that law, the physical one.

Cleanse the mind of any thoughts.... cleanse the mind of any thoughts about waking up. I will try that.
