When I wake up in the morning (especially on weekends), I'll go back to sleep and have weird dreams. What makes them weird is the vividness of them. Some of them can be quite vivid, but others, not quite.

But the point of this thread isn't to talk about these dreams, it's to ask a question about becoming lucid during them.

This morning, I became lucid in a few of them, but when I became lucid, I couldn't really GET into the dream! This was quite annoying, as I had woken up at around seven (I went to bed at one) so if I did have a dream or two, I couldn't really remember them.

When I became lucid, I just couldn't do anything. The dream was already rather fuzzy and a little faded, I couldn't move, and I didn't really know how to UN-fade the dream. I don't remember getting excited, so I don't think this is the reason.

This happened more than once this morning. Perhaps two or three times. Quite annoying indeed.

So my question is this, could you help me learn how to un-fade these dreams?
