I've thought of something similar. Our dreams get created by our third eye in our mind, and it also happens to be that our third eye, our pineal gland, is the gland that secretes DMT and melatonin, which are brainchemicals responsible for your dreams. On top of that, the third eye is also an electromagnetic receiver, thats what animals use for migration. They detect electromagnetic fields and waves from the earth through their third eye, and thats how they navigate and find their way home.

The Pineal Gland is a magneto sensitive organ, what means that it is sensitive to electromagnetic fields (EMF). It is sensitive to electromagnetic waves from computer monitors, cellular phones, microwave ovens, high voltage lines, etc.. Electromagnetic fields suppress the activity of the Pineal Gland and reduce melatonin production. EMF also affect serotonin.

I've done shrooms, and I've seen my third eye opening. It's like theres an invisible eye-lid on top of your eye that opens, and suddenly you start to see new colors. This is pretty amazing, but it's impossible to tell wether to new colors you are seeing are based on reality or based on your imagination. I was convinced everything I saw was real, but at the same time my logical mind told me it was my imagination. Next time I'm gonna experiment with this. It's only after this experience I got interested in the third eye and went to go and read about it... and ancient sources described the opening of the third eye exactly how I experienced it.. this can't be coincidence.

Also, the opening of the third eye is exactly the same as when I enter a lucid dream through WILD. Except, when I WILD, my eyes are closed. And it's as if an invisible eye-lid opens, and I can see through my real eyelids into a dream. I believe when you go to sleep, thats what happens, you open your third eye and look into another world... the dreamworld. My guess is, when you activate your third eye, you turn the perception of the EMF into imagination. It's like an extra sense, you still have all your other senses, you still have your dreams, but it gets mapped on your vision.

So yes, scientificly seen, it is possible, but not yet proven. However, alot, of people all over the world from different cultures and different eras all claimed the same. Almost all ancient cultures around the world believed by opening the third eye you could see into new parts of the electromagnetic spectrum. Above and below the visible light spectrum. They saw the third eye as the link to the dreamworld. Buddhism and meditation, Zen, Shamanism, the native americans, the Pyramids were built especially for this purpose of opening the third eye. Even the Bible explains how to open the third eye. This ritual of opening the third eye is still reflected in todays modern culture (lent, fastening and easter).

Now there's a real thought provoker!

EMFs are fun to experiment with. Most of what that citation mentioned (cellphones, power lines, microwaves, etc) operate on frequencies of 50-60Hz.


Perhaps at lower frequencies (such as the natural frequency of the 'Schumann Cavity') artificial EMFs can cause it to function in a more enhanced manner. That would be a fun experiment if anyone wanted to undertake it.
