      Sleep Paralysis Control - How?

So last night I had like 5-6 hours of sleep, got up for an hour to pee/read about stuff on this site etc. Went back to bed. I didn't feel very tired, but got comfortable and just focused on my body going to sleep. My body felt heavy and it felt like if I wanted to move, it would require a lot more effort than normal. I visualised stuffs, and as I got closer to being asleep, it became easier and quicker to lose myself in my thoughts.. they seemed more realistic. I guess I fell alseep for an hour or so. Apparently then waking up, my eyes were still shut and sleep paralysis kicked in at this stage.

I was fine with it. My body was vibrating, and I heard whirling beta noises, kinda like UFO sounds. I was like "mkay, here comes the hypnogigic imagery", but I couldn't see anything, and I didn't know what to think, so I just focused my mind on my body, which wasn't a good idea because I paid attention to my tongue which in turn made me salivate, and I wanted to swallow it but thought I might choke if I did (due to SP). So I had to snap myself out of it, which was quite cool, because when I opened my eyes they were mega unfocused, like double vision, or when you go cross-eyed. My mind was fully awake, but my body gave the exact same feeling of when the body AND mind awakens after sleep.

Basically I want to know what to do/set my thoughts on, when I hit Sleep Paralysis >.<

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peristalsis That's not something I would worry about.

Try looking up the VILD/WILD tutorials and posts is my suggestion. I don't WILD but if it was me, that's where I would look.
