teleport method that dont risk lucid?

Has anyone got a teleportation technique that works and doesnt risk your lucid dream like for example spinning which has cost me my lucid many times.

I like to open a door and expect it to lead to my destination.

The other day I was lucid, and I started swinging my head back and forth until my vision got blurry, and I got disoriented. My destination then appeared right in front of me. I guess this is similar to how spinning works.

One i've always wanted to try was grabbing a sword and cutting a hole in reality and stepping through it, leading me to wherever i wanted to go.
