      Failed Lucid! D:

Alright, so last night, I remember being in a totally dark place and saying 'I'm dreaming!' but just as I said it, it cut!

Any explanations, and how can I make it not do that?

      Hi Jeff

Did you feel emotion as you realised you were dreaming?

I have found that any show of emotion can abort the experience. For ages, I would wake up as soon as I thought "Yeah! I'm dreaming". This is because I was excited and couldn't wait to do all the things you can do. Took me weeks to control that excitement.

Luckily, that was years ago and now I can do EVERYTHING!

Thanks for the tip! At first, I thought recall had something to do with it.

Ah well, better luck tonight! (I hope!)
