      how to increase clarity

      ok well i know the basic ones...are there anyother ones that pull you deeper, and more anchored into the dream?

      scream "clarity" "increase lucidity"
      rub hands together
      take lucidity pills (in dream)((i usually cant summon things by reaching into my pockets though....so how can i do that?))

      that is about all i know...please tell me some more!
