      Changing scenery trick

Hey. I'm not sure if this has been posted, but I just thought of it in a lucid dream and it worked. I tried to teleport to some place in greece this morning, so I started spinning around and thinking of it, and the next thing I knew I was there - sort of. Instead of being on the beach, I was underneath a cliff near it in the water. I didn't want to swim there, and spinning didn't work. I didn't have a door to go through either. So instead I turned around and said when I poke my hand ( I was sticking my finger through my hand before that so thats where I got the idea ) I will be on the beach. I poked it, and all of a sudden I was standing on the beach in front of the ocean. The coolest part is it looked nearly identical to the real life version - it was truly amazing!

Your lucky that you have that much control over your dream scene. I think some people are better at controlling their dream scene than others. For instance, I am horrible at changing the dream scene.
Dream spinning does nothing for me.
Maybe when you have more faith in something like that, it will work.

lol, im no different that you. In all my other dreams dream spinning did nothing or just made me wake up. I had extreme trouble flying too, I only got it down once by jumping out a window so I would have to fly to save myself. However, this dream was completely different, I guess I finally got the hang of dream control. I tried flying by jumping out my window, but just smashed into the ground. Then I tried by just jumping off the ground, and for the first time it worked! Then I was lucid enough to remember my goal of teleporting to greece, and successfully did it So you're really no different than me, I think it all depends on the amount of lucidity in the specific dream.

Yeah, that's what spinning does for me. The last time i spun, the dream scene changed.

I will try your hand technique. Not once in years of LD have I been able to change my scenery. Very frustrating. If I want to go from point A to point B I have to do it the old fashioned way.
