      I`m getting closer to WILD

      Hi.

For some time now I have tried WILD lucid dreams. I get closer and have got dome great tips here at DVs. But I never get any imagery to step in to. On the other hand I did here my self talk to some one. Like i heared my voice but did not say it. As I payed attention to my voice i suddenly it felt like I was sucked sideways in an enormous speed in a dark tunnel, and ended up in a OBE state.. I got a bit scared and as I realized I could not move I decided to wake my self up(It was not a good entrance to a LD). Usually I can get up from bed when I get in to the OBE state but I guess I just experienced dream paralyzes this time.

Is there any one which have experienced this feeling of being pulled trough a dark tunnel in great speed during a WILD?

I do feel that whenever I go into deep meditation, not just during WILD attempts. Usually I'm moving forwards though, not sideways.

So you are not one of the visualisers. They are everywhere here. But we. Who cannot visualise as vividly, must count on our tactile experiences to be pulled onto LDs. BTW. Did you have LD?

Thanks for the reply ninja9578 and Adraw.

Funny this night i made my first real WILD. The way I do it i just lurke for dream signs when I`m about to fall asleep. I ruine some good Night-sleep doing it but what Its worth it. Im to tired to do WBTB..lol.. Strange things happens when I`m lurking for dream signs. Last night I got a feeling something was pressing town my head. It was like it was between my skull and my skin. Almost like a pain but not hurting bad... can this be sleeep paralyzes? This time I was not sucked through a tunnel but had the famous falling through the bed feeling and ended up in a dark OBE.. Here in Sweden its winter and dark now so the room I sleep in is pitch dark.. So is my OBEs too.. I should have switch on the light (Which is always funny when you are dreaming.. Annything can happen lol)..Next time.. Regarding time it takes me to get Lucid, I`m slow to fall asleep so it taks about an houre.. And my WILD lasted for 20 sec.. !! Got to learn not to be too exited:-).

A few people experience this when they WILD - for me I never really notice the apparent HI and usually experience what you have described. The feeling of being pulled, or moving really fast, I usually go with this and follow it, and before long I am in a lucid dream.

The next time this happens, don't fight it. Go with it and you would have successfully completed a WILD

Only always do I have this initial reaction to WILDS....even though it's only been a handful, I usually get sight after the violent toss across the room.

They are scary, but if you ride 'em out you should be fine.
