Sometimes I have problems moving in my dreams, (but I rarely ever have any dreams at all where it actually involves me doing something with my own will ) like when I try to run it just doesn't seem like Ill be going anywhere at all , even if I try my hardest my legs aren't taking me anywhere.
So since I rarely have lucid dreams I've been thinking on how to avoid this and this is what I came up with:

Imagine the world around you as one big ball you're walking on... now, as you move your legs you're forcing that ball to roll in the opposite direction of the way you're going... the faster you move (or the more force you apply) the faster that ball (world) rotates! So, basically, you - your body isn't moving at all - it's always at the same spot, you're not moving yourself - you're moving the world you created . Just like walking on one of those treadmills - you're moving but you aren't actually going anywhere . You just have to fool your mind a little, make the rules yourself... that's what LDing is all about .

This might also work for wall or ceiling walking.

I haven't tested this in a LD yet but I have been trying the same method while daydreaming (you know, class can get really boring from time to time ) and it makes moving around a hell lot easier.
