Flying has always been a power of mine. How fast and easy you fly depends on how lucid you are, and how much you believe you can do it. When I'm pretty lucid I can just leap off the ground and start flying.
However when I'm not so lucid, here's what I do:
-You find an open area with minimal distractions.
-You focus on one point in the sky (not too far at first, start off like at least 30ft, but less than 300ft)
-You focus on that point and relax as you gently place your arms your sides
-Focus on the point, and intend to go towards it like a magnet
-Slowly lift yourself to you tippy toes as you feel your body becoming light and being levitated to that point
-When you get close to the point, focus on another point and try to levitate to that (remember to levitate with speed)
-Keep making more focus points until you have gathered enough speed to just fly towards where you face
-Then Ta-Da! you just flew
- I believe this technique is called "zooming"
When you get better, you should be able to get in the air in 3 seconds. This is a useful technique when you are being chased by something, or just want to go somewhere else, Fast
Oh yea, as you get faster you can make your focus points further away
