I'm very new to lucid dreaming, I've had them before but most of them were foggy and it felt as if I weren't controlling the dream, mainly because I was in 3rd Person in those dreams. It has been months since I had one and earlier I had one, it was one of those types where you wake up early, for me it was 6:00 but I didn't wake up early on purpose, and then a few hours later I went back to sleep and that's when the dreams hit me.

I had semi-control in the dreams, I was actually able to move my hands but for some reason I only had a small grip of control and when ever I tried doing things like approaching people in my dreams (they actually had faces) my lucid dream started to black out but I was able to gain control of it after a lot of focus and then I focused more and the dream that was dark and gritty became lush and green but that was only till I had another black out. Then I decided I'd do something more basic and just imagined me flying and so it actually happened, the feeling was such a rush. The flying lasted a long while until the course of the dream started to take place again, which I've had the same dream before minus the flying and lucidity and then I pushed my luck to many times and go outside of the bounds of the dream I tried struggling to stay asleep but I awoke. I tried going back in to lucidity by closing my eyes and picturing the dream, which I did earlier but I didn't work again.

Anyways, I would love to learn how to gain Lucid Dreams more often, and I guess the easiest way to control them is to get them more often and gain practice.

Any help would be appreciated.
