I've been having the same problem. It's infuriating. |

My 2nd LD was actually a lucid nightmare. And basically i was in bed and i heard my moms voice outside my room saying my name. As if calling and looking for me. I new it was a dream because my mom lives in Asia. And the door to my room opened i heard footsteps but i didnt see anyone come in. I tried to get up to see what was happening, but i couldn't move from my bed. Then i was like open ur eye, open for like 5 sec's. Then i got out. |

Lucky for me I have overcome this,I can now move out of my bed with ease. |

when im in SP and trying to transition into the dream , I dont try to get up on my own. I just wait and pretty soon my entire body will feel like its floating or rotating and when it stops I'll usually be back in my bed fully able to move, but it's a false awakening. |
