Everytime I realize I am dreaming.

Every time I realize I am dreaming, I wake up.
(I.E; the first time I ever knew I was dreaming I told myself to spin around but I just woke up, the next time I realized I was dreaming, I just woke up.)
Any advice or personal techniques that keep you in your lucid dream?
If you help, you get my praise
Dreaming is better than any drug known to man.

You might not get a lot of replies since this is in Lucid Experiences instead of Dream Control, where it should be. But, check out the Stabilization Tutorial.

One thing I've found to really help is during the day (if you DILD via RCs), try to always remind yourself to stabilize while you are RCing. This will really get you into the habit of remembering to stabilize first thing when you become lucid.

Most people do this for the first few times, I know I did. It passes.

I know how you feel. The first time I had an LD and actually felt myself enter the dream, I woke up before I even had a chance to stabalize. I didn't even have an conscious thoughts in the dream except "I'm dreaming!" before I woke up. Ugh.
