Well you are exceptionally lucky to have 4 lucid dreams in one night. |
|
I read a study on REM onset as a result of naps, and they found that napping before sleep gets you ahead into longer REM periods when you finally go to sleep. Basically it's just like a very long WBTB. I think this could definitely help you have longer REM periods later in the night, especially if you nap for a few hours, are up for a a bit (it said they found results up to 8 and 12 hours later), and then go back to sleep for the night. |

Merged and moved duplicate threads~ |

Since it's been merged the new topic seems to be more along the lines of dream stabilization than napping to induce LDs. I think maybe he had them flip-flopped because now this one seems like it should go into dream control? |

thank you i was also cold and shivering and i think that it woke me up. |
|
I wouldnt be doing the spinning anyway. |

Spinning works for some, fails others. Personally, I refuse to ever spin again. But, I know people who swear by it. Just keep trying. If you find it works for you, fantastic. If you find yourself having trouble, try out the other techniques mentioned in the tutorial or anything else you read or can think of that would help you. Whatever works best for you, works best for you |

thank you i will try and do the object thing its just i dont get them often lol |

my very first lucid dream i actually focused on my hand and spun. but yeah if you can't find anything like a tree, focus on your hand. or just what ever works best like what shift said. |
