      Question Help?

      Okayy.
      I need help with how to control my lucid dreams I've had a couple, but they allways end up with getting me distracted and going wayy out of control..
      Sooo.
      If anyone has any ideas pleasee share

      This is the wrong section....

      But controling a lucid dream requires practice. What I do is is examine my surroundings. Touch something close to you so that you can keep your mind off your physical body.

      There's also a section on these forums for Dream Control. You should check it out so that you can get more help, from experts.
