After playing MadWorld for a few hours, I have some new ideas.

1. Shove Yield/Stop/Whatever sign through their skull/neck.
2. Pull sign out, stick in heart.
3. Throw trashcan on head.
4. Tie to back of car.
5. Drive left and right, as fast as possible.
6. Stop suddenly.
7. Stomp as hard as possible on balls.
8. Same as 7, only on neck.
9. Throw body off cliff (or throw in dumpster, your choice).

I once threw one off a building, then I got under him and put a death spike under his ass, which came out his mouth.
