False LD VS LD - How to know?

I got 2 lucid dreams in a row. But i have a problem, i don't know if they were False LDS (a.k.a normal dreams of you lucid dreaming) or LDs. I say that because i don't remember controlling nothing, but i woke up like i woke up after a lucid dream, this means, i'm on the dream then my eyes close, after this i listen to the things in my room and discover that i woke up... Is there a way to easily know if this was a false ld or a real ld? My dreams:

Dream 1: (Almost sure that was a false ld)

I was walking them listened to a music that i listen almost every dream. (This music: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3V9wMRuJuYw ) Then i said: Hey, is that music again! Must be a dream! Then i reality checked, and success. I opened a door and found a fountain, and a village. Everything was blurred and dark. I done the hand rub thing and everything became vivid and clear. a cat attacked me, trying to kill me, i jumped and done a explosion that launched the cat. He comes back, and i done a KAMEHAMEHA! I missed. Then i was with some friends and touched the wood and saw how detailed that was. I spinned and teleported my self to the place the girl i love was. It was other girl that i don't know who is. I said Hey you're not "girl's name"! She said Yes i'm am . I said oh who cares. Then i kissed her and i woke up before we could make some fun things

Dream 2: (Almost sure that was a LD, but don't remember wanting to do those thing)

After a long normal dream that i don't remember i was on my bedroom and saw food. I said to my brother: wtf is that? He said: We bought food. I said WTF WHO GO BUY FOOD AT 5:00AM, THIS IS A DREAM! Reality checked. Success. My brother dissapeared. I saw the sky and it was night. (One thing i noticed, it was very hot, the gravity was low and everything was blurred and i couldn't listen very good to my self) The first thing i done was teleport to a room of my house. I teleported and was on my bed. I got out of the bed and tried to transform that dream to a day. I said On 3, this dream will be a day and not night!, no success. Then i said when i open this door, this dream will be a day and not night! Opened the door and was still night, but a bit more day. Frustrated, walked throught my house thinking in try shared dream with my friend and saw a guy. He entered the kitchen, i said to myself: Yeah i will kill him. He started to throw some hammers at the kitchen, very angry, i tried to falcon punch him. When my arm got near him, it became heavy and weak, making me feel very bad... When i gone away my arm got back to normal. Thinking he doesn't noticed me, i tried to KAMEHAMEHA him. I said very loud, KAAAA, MEEE, HAAA, MEEE, then i noticed that nothing is happening. He saw my dog, and i said NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Tried to kamehameha again. KAAA, MEEE, HAAA, MEEE... Nothing. Then i woke up.

I honestly don't believe there are "false LDs." If you know it is a dream, you are lucid. You can't really dream about being lucid, because that contradicts the definition of lucid dreaming. Remember, the definition of lucid dreaming is "a dream in which you are aware you are in a dream." You don't have to have control for it to be a lucid. There are diffrent levels of lucidity, of course. If you didn't have control, your lucidity was most likely pretty low.

Wrong, I dream about dreaming all the time.

Its similar but fully auto-mated like a normal dream just where the story is that you are dreaming.

you must open your mind and understand.
There are dreams , that the character you represent in the dream (it can be you) knows that he is dreaming, and gets lucid, then, there are dreams in where YOU know you are dreaming, and YOU are extremely conscious of your situation, so when you wake up, YOU know you were lucid.

I got 2 lucid dreams in a row. But i have a problem, i don't know if they were False LDS
      this is called DOUBT...
when you have a lucid dream, you can't doubt, you can't doubt about what you felt, saw, and knew.
so, doubt = False Lucid Dream

I'm sure a lot of people will start to say "oh no, that's false, if you knew you were dreaming you were lucid..."
      so, people, think before post....

I had a lot of these FLD, and surely they are horrible when you wake up and discover that it wasn't in fact a Lucid Dream.

but then, we have the "for a moment lucid" Dream, and the "for a moment lucid" False Lucid Dream...
the first case is about you becoming LUCID (with big words) and without doubt, and then you lost this lucidity and the dream continues.
in the second case, the dream continues but without you lucid, the difference here is that now, the dream plot is "what would you do if you were lucid", in other words...a False Lucid Dream...

In other dreams, i didn't know i was dreaming, but my subconcious know, he does some stupid things that i will never gonna do in lucid dreams
      perfect example

when you wake up, you discover that in the dream you could choice to do different things, that's mean that you couldn't control your conscious, it was just a FLD...

      bye!

      Hi swordz!

These are good questions, although you most certainly had an LD.

The way I see it, in normal dreams we kind of have a go with the flow attitude where we just drift through the dream. Attaining lucidity is based on breaking this mindset and comprehending that you are in your own dream, (which you did on both occasions.) Dream control is about reversing this attitude, and actually controlling the direction of your own dream. That's just my personal opinion, of course.

These were full LDs, though. A semi-lucid or 'fake' lucid would be one where either you are still trapped in the go with the flow mindset, (meaning you are just dreaming of having a lucid imo,) or if you know that you are dreaming but you don't comprehend the implications of being lucid.

I disagree. I think I can relate to what he's talking about; I've had dreams where I was basically watching myself go through the dream from a third person view, with no control. When people say "a dream of a dream," it's more like watching your dream from the outside, even if you are the central character. I think I've had the same experience, where I was watching a dream of myself having a lucid dream, albeit without control.
