      Trouble controlling LDs

When I am lucid, It feels like I'm lightheaded and dizzy. I also have lots of trouble walking in lucid dreams. How can I correct this?

I also feel light-headed when I have a lucid dream. I just figure it will go away as my mind gets used to luid dreaming.

As for walking, I imagine walking barefoot and feeling whatever I am walking on. It helps make walking seem more natural, kinda.

Are you still having this problem? I'm not sure what could be causing this, and it seems like something that may pass with time.

Something you may want to do is designate any dream character you find yourself around as a dream guide, they may know how to help you with this problem as consulting dream characters is a form of passive dream control. By you giving them that title though, they will probably be able to give you greater assistance.

What type of lucid dreams are you having these issues in? Also, do you wake up after you experience these sensations?
