Can't seem to control my sorroundings/DC's

      Hey Guys,

I've been pretty successful with the WBTB WILD, about 90% rate. My Lucids tend to be pretty damn vivid, and I can chain multiple LD's per session. My problem is, I can't control them worth shit!

I can fly for a bit, jump super high, break through things, etc. I can't change the scenario.

I've tried spinning really fast, and sometimes I get another random scenario instead, or nothing happens at all.

Also, I can't seem to summon DC characters or items. I've tried saying "Once I go into this room, a Bucket will be there", if I go into the room, it will still be random.

I'm a hip hop producer (Wannabe), and I thought it would be cool to become lucid and have a studio session with Dr. Dre and see what my subconscious can come up with. I've attempted this several times but can never seem to get him to appear, or even a studio for that matter.

I've read the dream control section too, any tips?

I had an interesting way of controlling my DC. It was an old woman who I wanted to be this girl I like. What I did was call out her name, and she would reply in the correct voice for some reason, but was still te old lady. I tried closing my eyes, calling her name, and opening my eyes but it didn't work either. Then the DC actually said "let me try this" and then walked behind something and ducked down. When she stood back up it was the right person lol. I must have controlled it somehow subconsciously because it was a solution that didn't directly involve ME in the dream.

Perhaps you should try just changing any DC you come across into what you want rather than summoning them from nothing.

Your dreams are partly made of what you expect them to be. Expectations are based upon previous experiences. So even though you know you are dreaming, it may be hard to actually know how to expect that your dream changes into something entirely else.

I find it easier to fly if I am already at a certain speed instead of flying from just standing still. Even though it's perfectly possible to do this, it's easier to expect to fly from having gained speed than if you didn't.

So what makes you expect to arrive somewhere you want to be? Try to be creative. This has worked for me to make controlling dreams easier and more fun for me.

This is a very good idea, and I thank you for it.
