      Some questions!

      Hey
      I have some questions (:
So, I just had my second LD (: It was better than the first one, though not great. So here are my questions:
-I found that the days I didn't do yoga I could LD, but the days I did I couldn't. Coincidence, or should I LD before I do yoga?
-In my recent LD, it was VERY hard to open my eyes, and it took me awhile to see alright, why is this happening, and how can I see alright?
-It was also VERY hard to move easily, my body was heavy, and took me a lot of effort to lift myself off my bed. Same question as above.
-I always wake up in my bed, and I've had 5 or 6 False Awakenings in total, so far 2 LDs, is that okay? And will I always wake up in my bed?
-I wanted to go to a waterfall, but I didn't get there. I tried shouting, I visualized it, I spinned and then the TV trick. But when I got the TV some really weird channels were on, none with the one I wanted. And I couldn't get out of my house so easily, because it was hard to move :/ How can I go where I want?

Thanks And have an awesome day!

1.) Coincidence as long as you don't exercise right before bed it should theoretically IMPROVE LDing
2/3.) I don't know a lot about it (Only had it once) but search Sleep Paralysis also, if you meet someone on the forums who uses the WILD technique for lucid dreams, talk to them as they may experience this every night. Otherwise you must just be patient while your body powers up (If you meant you can't move IN the dream read on)
4.) False awakenings are perfectly normal, some people just have them more than others
2/3 (Again).) If by it being hard to move you mean't hard to move in the dream and not when waking up then remind yourself that you don't really have a body in your dreams so you can't have a problem moving if you don't have it in the first place, instead, if this happens, just will yourself to float, if it fails SCREAM at the top of your lungs something like: "THIS IS MY DREAM I CAN CONTROL IT" do this because you CAN
      5.) Read above

Maybe you are too worn out. When i am very tired after taekwondo i normally dont remember any dreams. If you can LD before yoga, that would be wise.

I would say you were not in a very strong dream. That you were bouncing between awake and dreaming. Next time this happens just calm down and say "everything is ok". Say it out loud. Then focus on slowly opening up your eyes and stare down. Staring down means you will not have to see a lot of things, and the floor is pretty easy to focus on.

Again, same thing. You just werent in a very strong dream. With experience this will be easier.

No, you wont. False awakenings are very common. The fact that you are getting them is a sign that you are progressing.

Again, experience is key. Next time try walking to the waterfall. Just walk outside and know that behind your house is a waterfall. Then just walk around like no ones business and there it will be. If you have any doubt that you can do something, you wont be able to do it.
