I suspect that it's not actually a case of waking up automatically everytime you become lucid. It's much more likely that you're becoming lucid right before you would've woken up normally. It's easier to become lucid the closer you are to waking, which is why most people start out having most of their lucid dreams just before they wake up.

As you get practice attaining lucidity, and become more familiar with your dreams, you will gradually become able to attain lucidity earlier and earlier. Seven lucid dreams over two months is a good start, I suspect you'll find success if you keep with it.

I've been having the same problem. I just started about two months ago and got lucid about twice but woke up almost immediately, sucks don't it.

Try to become lucid during a WBTB, maybe 2-3 hours before you would regularly get up. That MIGHT help.
