      Not able to control self in non-lucid dreams?

      ^What the title said. I'm not able to control myself at all, I couldn't do RCs even if I remember.

      Is this just a normal state in dream recall? I've just started experiencing dreams in first person, before that it was just a flash of images.

      Yeah in non lucids your logic center of the brain is turned off. Usually you cant control anything in a non lucid dream.

      For most people, the first RCs are a mistake. After a while, RCs become a force of habit (should you choose that method of induction) which increases the chance of becoming lucid in a dream.

      For me my logic seems on. I noticed my I was at a weird library, I knew it was a dream. Well in a few nightmares I was too scared for that.
