What's the difference between WILD and OBE?

I looked at the WILD tutorial and I remember the OBE tuturial and I noticed that the only difference between the 2 is that on the OBE technique, you roll out of your body. The rest of the steps are the same. But WILD is supposed to get you conscious in a dream, and an OBE takes out your astral body out into the astral world or something. I don't get it. Is OBE's astral world actually a dream world or something?

While the techniques may have some similarities I can assure you they are not alike when experianced.
In a WILD you enter into a lucid dream in which case you are no more than aware that you are dreaming. An OBE on the other hand feels like your mental psyche leaves your physical body and feel as they are two seperate entities. Now wether this is some sort of Lucid dream? well that is up for debate.

they are very different, and when you try to do one or the other you might end up with the other one. I do WILD's quite a bit, and i ahve had some OBE's. Basicly, you will know the difference, the OBE is much more intense and less "fun".
how do you know if you aren't in a 'dream' right now?

      Personally I don't believe in OBE's. Here's a long, but interesting read...

umm an you cant not beleive in an OBE, thats like saying you dont beleive in "love". Its your own perception of what it is, an out of body experience is where you seem to leave your body, it has happened to me a few times.
