Writing getting what you want

Has anyone ever tried writing down what they want to dream about? And if so has it worked for you? I'm gonna try that and see how it goes.

Autosuggestion usually improves my lucid or recall chances. Even if its just a little bit And its always great to have what you want to do planned out so you dont have to waste the time coming up with something to do(or coming up with something dumb to do) while in the dream.

I've tired it and it worked well for me. Although things didn't go exactly how I planned but it was pretty close.
