      progressing

I am a beginner lucid dreamer, and have just begun to start controlling actions in my dreams. I wish to improve quickly but there are simply only two things I'v been able to do so far: change my outfit and allow myself to control powerfull guns to blow things apart in nightmeres. It's been about 2 full months and I still havent progressed? Can anyone give me some ideas of how to be able to control more in my dreams?

Im gonna move this to Dream control first

ok..well you seem to be doing pretty well. Tell me..in these dreams are you excited or emotions running rampant? Well...if whether you are or are not...just stop. Stop and stand still in the dream. ignore your surrounding and ignore the people. Be calm and peaceful. Now try to do something effortlessly. Do NOT strain yourself like all that dragonball z crap. Try controlling the water/sea or levitating, or conjuring something. I find that it helps a lot when you stay calm and stay in control of your emotions and actions.

It is true in these dreams I am usually running around and never taking time to calm down. But a lot of times I dont realize I'm dreaming if it isn't a nightmare. Thanx for the advice ill work on it.
