Last night i had a dream my dad was neighbors with my mom (they're divorced) And my dad was like yelling at me to shut up and I was a worthless good for nothing daughter and I was scared he was gonna hit me but I was sorta galling back at him saying "do you even know what you're saying ? Listen to me!" but he just kept insulting me, in real life he doesn't get that mean but he does have a short temper Anyways, in the dream I went over to my moms because I was scared and at some point I became lucid but I wasn't fully aware and sorta lost it But the main part of the dream was my dad just being so angry and hateful toasted me for no apparent reason What's the interperitation of this? Isn't it me really yelling at myself?

I only know one thing for sure, we look for an interpretation, however, the reaction we need is to be repulsed by irrationality. There is nothing to be guilty about noticing other's irrational behavior. Perhaps that is it, feeling guilty about being right. The whole idea is to errect standards inside, based upon abstractions from the environment. Eventually, we reference our actions to truth and we become unshakable. When you are in doubt, then one starts looking for something missing.
