Thread: Any interpretations?

Many months ago I dreamed that I built a 'fish garden' (that's what I called it in the dream). In the dream it was a hot day, with lots of biting insects. The work was hard, sweaty and painful. I had nothing to work with, so I literally conjured gardening tools, plants and fish out of the air. I planted lots of scented shrubs and flowers, dug several ponds and created a number of pot ponds and goldfish bowls on wrought iron stands.
In the dream I had the ability to conjure stuff out of thin air, so I woke up wondering why I hadn't just saved myself the hard work and conjured the entire garden.

Last night I dreamed that I returned to the fish garden. It was night-time and there was an enormous full moon in the sky. The air was cool and sweet with the scent of flowers. The garden was bathed in silvery moonlight and large white moths were flapping softly about.
The garden was healthy, and had been growing in my absence. There were no weeds, just lush, wild plants. I pruned the shrubs, trimmed the flowerbeds and swept the mosaic stone path. The work was easy and I enjoyed it. I was humming and dancing as I worked.
I was apprehensive about looking in the ponds and fishbowls. I'd been away for so long that I thought nothing would have survived. When I parted the lily pads on the largest pond, I discovered something fantastic. The water was clear and sweet, the plants were healthy and the fish were alive. Even more fantastic, the fish had transformed. The koi were enormous, three feet long and fat. When I'd put them in the pond, they'd had a variety of colors and markings, but now they were all a bright yellow gold color. They seemed to glow from within with a soft golden light. The pond seemed bigger and deeper than when I'd dug it, and it was filled with hundreds of these beautiful big koi fish.
Excited, I jumped up and began looking into the pot ponds and fishbowls. In each of them, I saw that the smaller goldfish had also transformed. Like the koi, the goldfish were now a bright golden yellow, with that ethereal inner light. They were like no fish that I've ever seen, with long, flowing fins and whiskers and shiny, decoratively shaped scales.
After inspecting all of the fish I realized that I didn't need to clean the ponds, so I spent the rest of the dream wandering about the garden in a euphoric daze, admiring these shiny, glowing, golden fish.

The first dream occurred at a difficult time of my life. Several of my relatives had passed away in a matter of weeks, my relationship with my boyfriend was suffering from the stresses that we were both encountering in our lives and my friendships weren't going well because I was depressed and lethargic while mourning my family members.

The second dream has arrived during a much happier time of my life. The grief has passed, so I am physically and emotionally well. My partner and I have put a lot of work into making our relationship happy and satisfying and my friendships are joyful and reciprocal. My partner and I are talking of marriage and children, and in a few months we will be buying ourselves a house.

I don't know much about dream interpretation, so any opinions are welcome.
