What does this dream mean where people ask about your sexuality?

I always get asked "Are you gay?" in my dreams. I want to know what this means?

Well I've been gender shocked recently. I have always had more girlfriends then guy friends, (I know this part sounds really gay) this year I met a big group of guys in my class who are friendly (like they would say hi to me) unlike all the other guys in the past. I never had guy friends, because I got beaten up or abused a lot by guys. I felt excluded by males. I've always had problems with a lot of males all my life. I feel isolated most of the time from these nice guys in my class, like I don't know how I can hang out with them. All they do is drugs and alcohol, and I think they find me uninteresting.

It might be I feel insecure about having more girlfriends then guys. It's been making me depressed lately, like I want to have a good balance gender of friends. I always get left when I hang out with guys, so that might be what this dream where someone says "Are you gay?" means to me.
