first of all, never make assumptions when it comes to dream interpretations. (I guess you should never make assumptions, but whatever.) the people you see in dreams may not literally be who they look like. the President in your dream may actually represent someone else, the trick is to figure out some kind of connection between him and someone you are familiar with. think about how you feel towards the President, or think about what he represents. Presidents are leaders, so maybe he represents a "leader" in your life, maybe a parental figure, a teacher, something like that? perhaps this "leader" is doing something involving your friends that you disagree with? something that is having a sort of "domino effect"? and maybe because they were tiny, you feel that they're helpless in the situation.
