I need help interpreting a dream about my anorexia

I have an eating disorder, but I've been healthy for several years now. In my dream, though, I was starving myself. I got on a scale and I weighed in at 158 and was happy I lost weight, even though in real life I'm only 110. I got onto a bus with my team (I'm on an equestrian team) and two of my friends approached me and said that they were going to my coach. I wasn't mad at them, more like disappointed, and just told them that they had to do what they thought was right. I sat down in a seat and instantly my coach came up to me and said that this was for my own good. A doctor that I have never met before led me off the bus and we walked down this winding pathway in some kind of flower garden. She tried to talk to me but I really wasn't answering because I was upset, but kind of accepting what had happened at the same time. We walked into some kind of medical facility and then I woke up. Any clues to what this could mean? Any insight would be helpful! Thanks in advanced!
