Thread: Need help interpreting this dream please please please

Ok so it might sound a bit straight forward but this has never happened to me before last night.

I was having a "normal" dream. I was going on a road trip with a friend, but in the dream the friend is just a shadow. I get to my destination and we come across this house. We are walking around outside of this house because it was so huge. I went to school, went to all my classes, but they seemed like my old middle school classrooms. Then i come back to this strange house that i still havent entered yet. Im in some sorta room that isnt connected to the house. I step outside and i amd trying to get my shadowy friend to get in the car, when all of a sudden my ex girlfriend opens the front door and starts to step down the front steps. <<This is where it got weird>> The moment she stepped out of that house my whole body just froze up, i could feel it happening in real life too. I lterally became breathless and in the dream i fell to my knees because of how weak i had become all of the sudden. I woke up about 2 minutes later literally unable to breathe, then fell back asleep after a while only to continue right where i left off. She stepped down the steps and walked over to me, talked to me like nothing was wrong. Then somehow i had a bottle full of pills in my hand. I ran into that weird nonconnected room and she followed me. My shadowy friend had dissappeared at this point. I opened the bottle to try and get my fix, but when i looked down to seee what kind of pill was in my hand, it said laundry detergent on it so i threw it into the ocean that somehow appeared. Then we were in this crazy ocean with waves going insane. We were on these boogie board/surf board kind of things and we were having to fight so hard to keep afloat on those things. what should have been a lot of fun, was nothing but a horrific "nightmare", if you will, that consisted of awful waves, a bending board and the approaching sand. Then we both got thrown onto the sand. Then we were in her bedroom, and her current boyfriend was there and we were all sitting at this table together. She was making some kind of beaded necklace or something. I remember seeing blue, pink, and yellow beads on that thing. then i remember being at a football game, and we were holding hands and her boyfriend was gone. The football game turned into a track meet, and then i woke up.

The part of this dream that puzzled me so bad, was that feeling that i physically and mentally felt at the precise moment that she walked down the steps in my dream. I have never felt that way in my whole life. I felt completely helpless, out of breathe, weak, shaky, and completely unable to say any words. I would like to have soe idea of what this means, if it means anything. Please help me!
