Nightmares...

well, my girlfriend is having rather horrable nightmares and i want to know what they mean. The usually consist of someone telling her she has to kill someone, or that someone makes her kill someone. One example is that she was older and had a daughter, they moved to a mansion with a swamp nearby and a "mangled dead person" told her she had to kill her daughter or else something bad would happen, she tried to fake her daughters death but then something happened and then the woke up terrafied and crying, and then woke me up at 3 in the morning just to talk, hehe parents wernt happy about that one. but anywase what would this mean? shes been having these dreams for about a month and they almost alwase involv her killing people

Change is necessary, she must let go of something, an old part of her and old attitudes. What did she talk about with you at 3 am?

well, ill try talking to he see if their is anything she is holding onto, but she was very destressed when she called, since she didnt talk much i assumed she just wanted someone to talk to to calm her down a bit

ok guys, i talked to her for a long time and their isnt anything shes really not letting go of, but she had another nightmare last night, i took this from an AIM conversation but just removed his screen name: ok so my hair was black, first strange thing i walk up to my house and go inside... i went into the kitchen and grabbed the butcher knife i go into my room where i'm asleep in the bed, but it's me like i am now i cut all of her hair off with the knife(well my hair, but it wasn't me in the dream) and then i layed it all in a bowl and then i slit her wrists and her throat and i let all the blood in the bowl with the hair and then threw a match in there and burned the house down grrr how can i make these stop?

wow, that's pretty full on. is she depressed or on any sort of medication?

Nope, that was what i thought but shes not on any meds, and shes deffinatly not depressed =

Creepy. Maybe she feels like she doesn't have much control over what happens in her life? Maybe like someone in particular, or even fate in general is controlling the things she does? That's my best guess.

Hair being black is a change in her thoughts; she is dipping in to the dark side. She must be influenced by some one she knows into a different realm which she is uncomfortable with, and it may be subtle. Going in the house is that she is in a place unfamiliar to her thoughts, uncontrollable thoughts (racing). The knife is an instrument of separation from those who can protect her. The cutting off the hair is the desire to stop these thoughts, to put the hair in the bowl is the desire to see the thoughts consume away, along with force (thoughts) that is driving them. The burning of the house is the desire to see all these surroundings change. The Rev.

Also, taking on new personality traits can cause drastic change in mood, and perceptions. And in some cases, can even cause the appearance of an split personality…Just an added thought. The Rev.
