      First time my dream sign did not work :(

      I can always become lucid by looking at my hands and rubbing them together and asking myself, " is this a dream?"

      In my dream last night, I was driving a car and thought,, wow, I do not remember where I just drove,, and then thought,, oh, I bet this is a dream,, checked my hands and I said,, no, this is real..
      The dream continued, and it is way too long to post the whole thing, but I was never aware again that I was dreaming..

      Anyone eles missed a dream sign or have it not work?

      I don't think this topic should be posted here. It should be posted under the section of Dreamsigns and Recall.

      But yes, I can definitely relate to what have happened to you. It happened to me this morning, in fact. Long ago, I had a lucid dream where I was questioning something in it. I figured if I was questioning things in my dream then this was a dead give away for being lucid since usually you don't question why things occur in your dream (like seeing a purple cat dancing on water and not being concerned with it). However, this morning, I recalled from my dreams that I was analyzing why things were occuring and trying to figure out how they were happening in the dream. My reasoning didn't even seem that illogical. I now am going to find it harder to figure out or not if I am lucid.

      Sorry, I am kinda new here and I was not sure if is was a anyone know what this would mean kinda thing, or did it ever happen to you type question.
      There are so many topics here..LOL,, Thats why I like it here though,, so much information. Thanks for the heads up and I will try not to do it agin.

      taisia, im jelous of your ability to regularly check your hands to see if u are dreaming or not. did you start doing this in waking life regularly before it started happening in your dreams? ive since added this to my daily RCs for about a week now.
