      Lucid and day dreams

When i was a kid i used to have a lot of dreams. Some of them were reoccuring. One of them was i would hear my mom asking me to get something from the basement. So i would start to get scared but i would go anyway. Everytime i opened up the basement door there would be a monster that would come out of an antique record player my mom owns. Each time i has this dream it would be a monster that was a different color and a different name but had the same basic shape. The other dream i used to have was i would see a mummy and it would be raining and lightning all around it. The mummy would then start to unravel itself. When it was done it would be my mom under it most of the time or he-man. My daydream that i would normally have right before id fall asleep would be the room getting bigger all around me and i would be in the corner and look really small. Can someone tell me if these dreams are connected or what they mean. I think that if i can figure that out then i can help myself in my present state. Thank you

i'm not very good at interpreting dreams. I'll move this into the interpreting dreams section. You'll have a better chance for a reply there

      Day dream

Maybe in your day dream, at the time you were feeling insecure about yourself, or you felt inferior. I don't really know because I don't have expirience with those types of dreams.
