In my dream, a person came up to me and told me to remember the number 2239. What does this mean? What significance could this number have?

Like 22 or 39 - such as ages, or 10:39pm, a date like 22/3/9 (maybe if not from America), a house number.
Perhaps, the more simple between the ages of 22 and 39 hold significance for you. You wanted to remember that era, or recapture it if you are losing it?

It might possibly connect to your FOREST dream posted the same day - with 7 or 8 children.

i dreamt of numbers last night also. The only number i could remember though was 30 but i know there were more just cannot recall them everytime i saw the number there was a drawing of a flower next to it like a daisy.
