cursed rocks and costumes

My dream started out with me moving stuff into the basement of my house( my real house doesn't have a basement). I found a door on the back corner and decided to check it out. In the middle of the room was a heavily taped box. I never touched it. I jist knew there were rocks in there that were cursed. I was very afraid. I ran up stairs and there were thousands of people milling about, holding onto sleeping bags. They all looked rushed and anxious. My first thought was if I find my daughter who is nine then I will know where my younger boys are. I had this sense of no one should be outside. I couldn't find her bedroom as I ran around searching peoples faces. Then I saw my neighbor. (I am married to a man who is dying soon. I am also sort of engaged to my neighbors boyfriends father. Needless to say we do not get along. Since we are the same age ) So I asked her to help me find my kids. She laughed and acted like this was normal, dispute my rushed anxiety and fear of not knowing where they were. She said they were in the field. I ran to a window to see of I could see them when my daughter ran up behind me. She couldn't find them. So we grabbed hands and started looking for them. Then an announcement sounded " two adults to a room, children with parents" I realized I was in a prison. I never noticed the bars before. I found my boys .in a room and told her to stay there and keep it shut that I was going to find my fiance. Then I asked her if she knew about the rocks in the basement.she said they were dads. This scared me. My husband is a very volatile man I ran to the hall to see if I could find my fiance but kept my eye on my kids. Then a rush of costumed men came they ran passed me until one dressed in blue grabbed my hand and ran me to my kids, it was my finance .I couldn't see his face. But I knew it was him. He locked us in the room and asked me ...did you touch your husbands rocks? then I woke up

Houses in dreams often represent the dreamer's mind, so maybe somewhere in the back of your mind in a hidden part of it, there is something about your husband that you do not want to touch / fully acknowledge / face and deal with. You are worried about the safety of your children, that is a natural reaction of any good mother. You feel like you may be in a prison symbolically, maybe you feel that you are constrained, that your choices are not as free as you would want them to be. In your dream in a difficult situation you reach for help of someone who is not usually your friend, maybe this symbolizes that in some issues that you must face you will need to make unusual choices or ask for help where you would not usually ask for help. The fact that your fiance is costumed may be worrisome, maybe you feel like you do not know him well enough yet, like there is still something hidden about him. Maybe you worry whether you can trust him with all your family secrets (your husband's secrets or information about your husband) or your children's well being (will your children be safe with him, maybe part of you wonders). Of course, I may be wrong, and if it does not sound right, feel free to disregard.
