A few months ago I dreamt that I was in an abandoned what appeared to be an asylum. I was with a girl who I couldn't determine was my girlfriend or my sister it seemed to keep changing between the two. Anyways we were in this asylum alone trying to find a way out. After we searched for an exit for what seemed like forever we came to a open room with a door on both sides. As we approached the other door to exit the room I turned around to see a blood soaked little girl wearing a hospital gown. I looked to my girlfriend and told her to run. We both ran out of the room and I slammed the door in the little girls face. As we ran down the hallway there was a corner to turn I looked back and saw the little girl sprinting faster than we were running also holding a knife.my gf turned the corner and kept running. As she did I turned the corner and hugged the wall hiding right on the corner. When the little girl turned the corner I stabbed her right in the chest she stood there motionless for a second then screamed her face morphed then she dissapeared. After that it was sorta hazy I just remember blindly walking through what seemed like a dark haze. After that I emerged to be at my childhood house I say there on the doorstep and felt terrified because I remembered what just happened I was alone and had no clue where my sister went. I say alone then woke up

The stabbing was key, maybe about having power but not sure how to use it in the right way or without hurting someone who could end up being someone you care about, even though they seemed like a threat? Could it reference anything from the past, since you end up back at your childhood house? (Just symbolically, like not knowing if you did the right thing or hurt a loved one trying to defend, or even prioritizing your relationship over a family member if they don't get along?) Just brainstorming different takes on it. Sounds like an intense dream, sorry and don't worry too much, they can mean so many different things. It might not be bad. It might be more about feelings.
