      Interpreting Dreams (of course)

I have a quick question here. Do all dreams have interpretations? My dreams seem like they are just fun and from my mind. Just random things I picked out of the day, other days, or other dreams. Usually none of my dreams sound too mysterious or have certain key points that I can't explain. I would really be interested to here the answer to that question and know why I usely don't have interpretation type dreams.

Dreams don't need to be mysterious or otherwise "odd" to have meaning. I think that every dream has meaning, but for the most part it's the kind that's only relevant to the dreamer. You can dream of buying an ice-cream cone and eating it, yet it could mean that in real life, some part of you is sensing that the overall mood of things in your life has just gotten a bit happier. Dreams are your soul's way of telling you the things you need to know to be more balanced, in the mind, spirit, and body.

Or at least that's how I feel.

Hmm... interesting thought, but are you sure it has nothing from what you've done during the day?

Nobody has a definite answer to that question (even though some think they do). Personally, I don't believe that dreams usually have any "higher meaning", but that perhaps every once in a while our mind uses them to try to tell us something that we've been missing in waking life. Most of the time, however, it seems that my dreams are inspired by events that I've experienced or thought about recently -- or they make no sense whatsoever.

      Funky Chicken --

Actually, I think they have a lot to do with what you've done during the day. Daily interactions, everyday situations in your life -- it doesn't have to be glory glory hallelujah for it to have meaning.

      TygrHawk --

You're right, no one really has a definite answer. I'm glad -- it can stay a mystery, a decision for the individual.
