Thread: Genealogy & tango

think the dream started with me being on the trip my family's leaving for (I'm leaving with siblings tonight to fly red-eye in RL).(dream may be related toyour thoughts about the trip. Breqk from the normal, the routine. Maybe excitement & aprehension )I think in the dream we're settled in and in the hotel lobby or the likes & I'm working on genealogy (what has made you who you are) & find out I'm related to a blogger I like in RL (only for his writing. He's not my style or age. But he writes so well about something I love - Argentine tango (tango is a highly structurwd & yet passionate dance) - & I would, in RL love to meet him someday & see what it's like to tango with him)... I mention with some excitement (to a couple relatives (I think one being my great aunt I've been corresponding with in RL about one part of my tree... & who is actually planning on getting us more info during the trip (link to the trip again)when she visits other descendants of ancestors I'm trying to get more info about)... & I explain who he is & that I'm kind of a fan.*

Next dream I had (probably after waking up briefly) I was tangoing with him (progress, depth, working together to create art by movement) at like a fancy lounge type place with small/2-person-ish round tables (intimacy) & little floor space to dance (though I think it was supposed to be a tango parlor or at least a tango night at a nice place). Anyway, my partner kind of reminded me of a real life tango buddy of mine (also not my type or age but still a decent dance partner, though we sometimes have dance issues), and he kept alternating patting my back (perhaps consoling without depth) (as we danced. Almost to the rhythm but possibly not on it) (not engaging)& petting it in a soothing circular motion (more engaging, complete) (like you would a full stomach or a baby's back... The patting made me dance horribly & the soothing made me dance wonderfully. I think I noticed & spoke up to let him know (so he'd stop tapping/patting) but the song was ending and we were back at the table to sit a sec between songs
Is there some situation or person in your life where you are receiving mixed signals(Yes I am interested. No I am not.), perhaps from a romantic interest, where you have not had the chance to really tell them how you feel or find out how they feel.?
