      Exclamation Weird/ messed up dreams

So the last couple of nights I've remembered my dreams more completely and in more detail than usual, and they've been pretty weird.

The first one seemed to be n some semi distopian land, and started with news footage of corpses getting thrown into a ditch by the sea. Many were missing limbs, and one had its skin singed off, but it was blurred out because they weren't allowed to show graphic images on the news.

The next thing I remember was being in a house that had recently been on fire. The rooms around me were charred, though not totally, and I remember wondering if anything was still alight. Two people, a man and a woman, were arguing loudly in the next room. I thought it strange that they were arguing over what seemed to be a petty matter at a time like this; I saw my cat walk past, and picked him up, walking to the front of the house because I didn't want him to get burned or inhale smoke. I put him down and he walked out of the front door. I called him back, worried he'd run away, but he kept walking so I followed him.

He sat on a stone ledge by the surface of a large river, and I sat next to him. Shortly after, a policeman sat next to me, and started by making subtle threats. When I responded with fear, he told me he was joking, and I half-heartedly laughed, nervously saying that for a moment I had thought I was going to end up as one of those bodies in a ditch.

We walked to the end of an alley, where some children and a nervous, disapproving woman were. There was a folded piece of white paper in a small square that, when opened, revealed a moving pattern of colours. The children enjoyed the sight but the woman ignored it. I tried to get her interest by pointing to a water-filled, see through star that turned different colours when squeezed (I have no idea what these toys are) and she looked at it but hardly reacted.

My recollection of the dream is more hazy from there; we returned to the policeman's house (just him and me), and his wife accused us of cheating. I remember reacting to this with guilt although we hadn't done anything beyond talk. For the entire dream I seemed to be a variation of my real self.

I had another dream last night that was more messed up, which I won't go into detail with, but contained a section where I was extremely angry, and later I saw someone raping someone else and tried to stop it. I've had violent dreams before but not like this or this frequently- I was just wondering if anyone had any interpretations.
