      Drownig myself colored my hair

Ok, i'll get right to the dream. Wasn't any sex dream or anything, just a PG dream i guess.

Me, my sister and others in a 'group' were to go to some fun place for spring break i suppose. I think the place had to do with something related to Care Bears, but it was more mature. Before we left, we ate some pizza, and i remember we were going to be late. It didn't matter, though, because we would get there anyway. When we got there, the whole scenery had a hot pink hue to it, but it was very colorful. What they did with us was change us by coloring our hair and painting three colored stripes on our thighs, yellow, red and blue. They did this by putting us in a cage with a huge hole at the top, filling it up with this colorful water and shoot us up through the tube to a room to the leftt of it. People could watch this event, and I got a bit scared because I thought this cage drowned the people. I went in the cage, I saw the water come through until the cage was completely full of water. There were lights on the floor, and the water tasted sweet. Eventually I had to breathe, and to my surprise I breathed underwater, but this didn't make me lucid. I was shot through the tube to the room to the left of it, and a mirror was in the room. I looked at my hair, which had a rainbow of colors in it, and my thighs had the three colored stripes on it.
I have a lot more events that happened that I will leave out, but later I went through the whole cage thing again, and I finally wanted to leave. By the end of the dream I think I had finally left, but I think i realized that my identity was changed. I was some different person. Then after a while I woke up.
Can anyone get something out of this?

Re: Drownig myself colored my hair

It's hard to interpret your dream without you giving some personal information about yourself. The more we know about you, the easier it is to interpret your dreams. The key to getting a successful interpretation, I believe, is being open and totally honest... it's like visiting a psychiatrist. If ya don't tell him anything, he can't help you.

Anyway, in this case, I think I've got a fair idea what your dream MAY mean.

I make the following presumption: you are somewhere between 12 and 18. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Care bears a definate sign of childhood. The fact that you qualify it as being more mature is VERY significant. The fact that you are going somewhere is also significant, as is the fact that you may be late. In my opinion, this may be suggesting you are anticipating some change from childhood/teenage years to maturity...? As in, the journey to adulthood? I could be way of the mark here, of course... How old is your sister, and is she at this phase of life as well?

It didn't matter, though, because we would get there anyway. When we got there, the whole scenery had a hot pink hue to it, but it was very colorful. [/b]
You're not too anxious to grow up too fast, but you are looking forward to it...

Somebody, or rather, some force, is changing you. The stripes on the thighs perhaps indicates some sort of sexual change. The cage indicates the change is inescapable. The colorful water suggests that though inescapable, the change could be fun...

People could watch this event, and I got a bit scared because I thought this cage drowned the people. I went in the cage, I saw the water come through until the cage was completely full of water. There were lights on the floor, and the water tasted sweet.[/b]
Again, growing up is scary, but fun. And of course, people ARE watching. People going through this phase of life are usually quite self-conscious.

Eventually I had to breathe, and to my surprise I breathed underwater, but this didn't make me lucid. I was shot through the tube to the room to the left of it, and a mirror was in the room. I looked at my hair, which had a rainbow of colors in it, and my thighs had the three colored stripes on it.[/b]
That you could breathe suggests you are coming to terms with these changes. The mirror could indicate reflection and self-perceptuion, or being slightly self-conscious.

I have a lot more events that happened that I will leave out, but later I went through the whole cage thing again, and I finally wanted to leave. By the end of the dream I think I had finally left, but I think i realized that my identity was changed. I was some different person.[/b]
You were a completely different person? *raises eyebrow*. By the end of the dream, you are a grown-up, whereas at the start you were a child/teenager. 'Nuff said.

Now, of course, a GREAT DEAL of this interpretaion relies on my assumptions about your age and stage of life. If I'm wrong, then my interpretation also may be wrong... but then again, it may not... may be you reflecting back on that stage of your life.

In future, the MORE you give us, the MORE we can help. Don't just write what happened, write how you felt about what happened. And it helps to tell us anything about yourself that may help with the dream... for instance, more info about your sister, specifically her age, may have helped. Or, how you feel about your hair... though it sounds trivial, it may be of use.

      Hope I was of help![/u]
