      What can it mean?

Tonight after trying some MILD techniques I had a strange dream.

I was at some sort of camp. The theme for the week was 'Trail Week', and 'Red Eagle Day'. We were supposed to catch Red Eagles with pine tree sticks and hot dogs (don't ask me why, it's a dream...). When I found the perfect stick, it turned out to be a spool of thread on a rack. Then I picked up a pine tree stick, but it was too curvy. The counselor began talking to us, but I didn't pay attention. He then told me and another person to see him afterword. I was angry at him. Then I remembered that I had Silly Putty in my pocket and started playing with it. (I keep it in my pocket at school to help me pay attention during lectures)....and that was it.

I looked some of the symbols up in my Dream Dictionary, but found nothing. What could this mean?

To start off with, I know that alot of dreams can be completely random like that.

The Red Eagle idea in you dream actually souds pretty cool. Birds and flying usually symbolize freedom and purity while red is passion, hate or pain. Soooo... the fact that you are trying to CATCH a red eagle could mean that this is the time to try and meet (or catch, however you want to look at it) a really nice guy. The Trail Week thing could mean go somewhere you don't usually go, bring a snack and enjoy your surroundings.

The pine stick on a rack that is curved... I guess it's supposed to be a tool? That could be a sign that you might have some competition (what esle are sticks good for than fighting, right?). Or artistry if you are the non-violent type. The hot dog is the only reason I htink you are looking for a guy, but maybe you just really enjoy hot dogs.

The counsulor is a representation of an authority figure, but since you ignore them, not someone you respact all that much. They maybe someone from your school since they tell you to go see someone else. The putty ties in with this, too.

Keep in mind that many dream events deal with real life, so they will deal with things that you know, not necissarily what you shared, I hope this helps you!

Thanks a lot! But I don't think the looking-for-a-guy thing is real. See, I already have a boyfriend...

Maybe elaborating on the other dream I had could help.

I was on my way to New York and my mom wanted to go. I stuffed her in a suitcase and snuck her on, and made a robot of her to go on the actual plane. When we got on the plane the flight attendants put us on the back of the plane (somehow it had no ceiling!) and told us to hang on tight, cause we might fall off. I thought to myself, "Heh, Mom doesn't have to hold on." Then suddenly I was in the bottom of the plane too, watching myself from another suitcase.

Can that have anything to do with it? Or is it completely different?

MILD stands for Memnonic Induced Lucid Dream. (Did I spell that right?) You can find more online...it's a bit complicated to explain here.

The first step is to tell yourself, "I will wake up after each dream period and remember." It's working for me...

      Red Eagle Mystery

I am stumped on that red eagle, it is why I haven't posted recently, I just can't put it out of my mind. I still don't know for sure, but since you say its not for free passion, then maybe it has to deal with something else in your life.

Perhaps red symbolizes something different to you than to anyone else, which means only you can know the true meaning to your dream.
