Has this Nightmare least 6 times (Interprep Please!)

This past month I have been having a reaccuring nightmare that seems easy to interprep, but I just cant get the conclusion.

I would be watching from a camera view of my mom and dad's bedroom. It would be nighttime. My mom and dad were laying down in the bed with the lights off and my dad would complain about something. Then moments later he would kick my mom. Then they would start pushing each other. Then the somehow horrible part came when my mom got up, sat right on top of my dad, and would start BEATING him right in the face swinging left to right. My dad's head would jolt left to right. It somehow seemed a horrible image and really scary, maybe because my adrenaline started coming in. Then I would realize I was dreaming and couldn't take the view of my mom crucially beating my dad so I would always wake myself up immediately.

This dream accured at least 6 times. I cant take it anymore. And if this helps, my mom and dad have been argueing lately. And why does the little scary things in real life look so horrible in a dream?

You can program your self how to react next time you have this dream. Just lie down, relax and breath. Set up the dream scene in your head and analyze how the dream feels. What you do next is totally up to you. Maybe call out for their attention and just feel how much you love these 2 people and ask them with that love what they are doing. I know it's hard to face stuff like this. But in the end it is really rewarding... Also... When you program the dream. Have you might like to think "no fear". If the feelings in the dream get to strong, don’t focus on the dream. Instead move your attention to your breathing. Hope this is of some help... Remember my friend… No fear…
