I read your dream before I read your bio, because I wanted to see what my first thoughts about your dream were.
My thoughts before reading the bio.
First, Jared has his back to the window which means that the light was in your eyes. You don't describe the light as harsh or blinding. You describe it as overcast and while it isn't blinding light (from the window) that you are looking into, it still makes it somewhat difficult to see Jared as well as you might if he weren't standing backlit by a window. You don't see him quite as clearly as you might in other circumstances. (And I might point out, in your bio, you say you feel "like deer caught in the headlights." I think you are exaggerating or underestimating your own judgement. I think you have a significantly better ability to see this man clearly than you think, but you are somewhat disadvantaged by the light (fame). Not, however, as disadvantaged as you would have been if it had been a spotlight or stage lighting glaring through that window. It was "noticible light," not glaring, not blinding and certainly not headlights. Still, you don't see all or see as clearly as you might.)
Second, he has four eyes, two sets and none of them are looking at you. "Never made eye contact with me." He's also distracted by some thought (not of you) and "never spoke a word." I am sorry if I seem insensitive. They are your words and your blasted dream. I don't guess I need to spell this out. He doesn't seem real interested in you.
The eyes on his feet puzzled me also and after reading the bio, I can only take a guess. You say he is an actor and he performs in a band, so I am assuming that often when you see him, he is on a stage. His feet are more at your eye-level than his head? Or you have him on such a pedestal (kind of a stage in a way) that you feel so beneath him that his feet are at your eye level. "Angelic looking man . . . and I feel unworthy." Then, let's not forget the name of the band, "Thirty Seconds to Mars." There is something a little alien about this guy (LOL) at least, in your dream.
Of course, I am hoping that this guy doesn't wear those little teeny tiny cameras on his feet so he can look up women's skirts. Oh yeah, he's wearing a skirt, isn't he? What could these two things possibly mean together? Hmmmm? I don't think you need to be hit over the head with the idea that a light pink (loose?) skirt is a very feminine symbol. But naturally, where is he best able to see with those eyes on his feet? Could this be a kind of Narcissistic symbol? I'm certainly not trying to suggest (God Forbid--yeah) that some guys are just in love with their dicks.
A shot in the dark while you're blinded by those headlights! Lol.
I'd love to hear if this suggestion maybe rings true for you at all. It definatley is a wild symbol.
