I'm not sure exactly what the dream meant man...possibly that you're feeling like you're not meeting your own expectations somehow. Or more literally, that you feel you're being left behind among your peers. Like they're moving on in life in some way, whereas you are not.
Well my my friends are doing better in school than me, have better relationships, more talent etc, but I havn't worried about that before the dream.
