Thread: Psyhic dreams?

A few years ago I had a dream about my brother. In this dream he dies after falling out of a tree. That's about the extent of what I remember.

A few days later I told my mom about it. She told me that my brother had just moved into a new house and had told her he was going to try and climb a tree in the back.

I also had a dream where I died from eating my favorite type of cake (strangely it was in cupcake form rather than the usual layered cake). The next day my mom baked that cake (layered).

I refused to eat the cake, which really sucked as it's my favorite. No one died from eating it making me even more pissed. Not that they didn't die, but the fact that nothing was evidently wrong with it.

I'm normally a somewhat intuitive person, but these dreams were really strange. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Your mother mentioned in response that your brother was going to climb the tree, but the timing of his doing so sounds nonparticular, so there's no coincidence.
You dreamed about the cupcake the night before the real cake, so that is a coincidence, but you have dreams all the time anyway. This became the one you remembered.
This is just a case of Observer Bias, the ones you remember but are out of chance.

A tree is personal growth, the falling loss, and death change. Either your brother or your feelings for him changed as a result of growth & loss.
